Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Upstate New York, David Clemens graduated from the prestigious Virginia Tech. David then began his career as a professional soccer player across the country, ending his career with the Tampa Bay Rowdies before launching into real estate and management.

David brought new enthusiasm and commitment that helped him quickly climb in real estate and launch a new brand, Lightning Property Services, a professional handyman service before joining on with WLW Capital.
David specializes in home renovations, investments, single-family homes, multifamily buildings, and real estate sales. David also possesses a great skill set of loan underwriting and servicing, David enjoys coaching, playing soccer, golfing and spending time with family in his free time.
