Raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jessica Franklin graduated from Drexel University. Jessica began her career in TV news, making commercials for ABC in Philadelphia and Harrisburg Pennsylvania. She later moved to Fort Myers, Florida to continued producing, writing, editing, and filming commercials for ABC and NBC news and social media. After 4 years working in the TV News industry, Jessica made a career switch. She moved to Tampa and began her real estate career. She worked for a real estate mastermind company as an executive assistant/ marketing director. She finally settle down in Tampa working with the WLW Capital team.

Jessica has brought her positive creative Energy to WLW. Marketing and organizational skills or just a few of her niches that allow WLW to grow rapidly. Her timely ness and attention to detail has truly allowed the Company to grow quickly and efficiently. She is focused and driven. Jessica is the first person to get to the office and the last one to leave. Her passion to help WLW succeed speaks miles.

When Jessica is not at work you can find her playing guitar, running on the Tampa Riverwalk, Boot camp classes, yoga, tennis, fishing, biking, hiking, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, spinning fire, Reading, socializing with friends, traveling, volunteering(for the make a wish foundation, cystic fibrosis foundation and working with Tampa Bay families with autistic children) working out, board of directors of her condominium, photography and videography. “Adventure” is Jessica’s middle name. She enjoys bringing her family and friends along for any adrenaline rush she can find.
