Will is a partner in the Tampa, Florida, law firm of Williams and Trayner. He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received degrees from the College of Business Administration and The College of Law. His legal practice has focused primarily on trial litigation.
He has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar in excess of thirty years. Prior to becoming a member of WLW Capital, Will developed, owned and maintained numerous residential and commercial properties. He also maintains equity positions in undeveloped properties in the west central Florida area.

In 2008 he initiated a private equity fund focused on hard money loans. With the lending restrictions placed on the community/commercial banks in 2010 by the Federal Banking system private equity loans for hard money borrowers became the dominant focus of his investment activity. He will continue working these same hard money lending strategies as a member of WLW Capital and Channelside Mortgages.
