The 1st property is a 10,000 sq/ft warehouse in Bradenton Florida,  fully occupied with tenants. The 2nd is a parcel of land in Brandon Florida, featuring a satellite tower with a lease in place. Borrower plans to make improvements to the Warehouse property in order to maximize the ROI with the loan proceeds.
