Billy Williams is the founder and principal of WLW Capital, located in Tampa, Florida. Billy entered into business at 23, building and operating a national parking management company with facilities across the US. After the success of his initial venture, Billy formed WLW Capital in 2014. Formed as a private equity firm to provide financing for real estate investors in West Florida. Since 2014, WLW Capital has originated and funded commercial mortgages in excess of 100 million dollars. WLW Capital provides borrowers in West Florida a relationship with a direct capital lender which operates as the mortgage originator and servicer. WLW Capital offers borrowers private banking without any middlemen or third parties. 

Billy operates his businesses in the “Midtown District” located in South Tampa. The building and property was redeveloped in 2022, designed and built for the organization to have the tools and facilities to foster continued development and growth.
