Borrower controls the timeline from application to closing using the 5 Steps outlined below.
Step #1 - Application
- Complete the application on our website and receive Initial term sheet within 24 hours
Step #2 - Initial Term Sheet
- Initial term allows borrower to select "approve", and schedule inspection. If terms are not approved, borrower can elect to review with loan originator.
Step #3 - Property Inspection
- Once initial term sheet is approved, borrower schedules property inspection. Inspection can be scheduled within 2 buisness days
Step #4 - Final Term Sheet
- Upon completion of property inspection, a final term sheet will be emailed to borrower the next business day. If approved, borrower can schedule closing within 2 business days.
Step #5 - Closing
- WLW Capital in house attorney will prepare loan docs and confirm closing time and any specific details with the deal.
